Foot Skin Cracks

   Usually it happened in summer time, when your skin is weather-beaten, desiccated, then bad cracks appear on it. The problem is that they are not always possible to see, they are often very small, practically microscopic. However, for fungi or bacteria, even such "gates" is enough to start development and bring trouble. Therefore, prevention and treatment of cracks is a very important stage of feet care. Some nourishing and energizing creams are very helpful in this case. You have to apply such creams daily. Often with age or lack of vitamins the skin is very desiccated, the top layer is compacted. In such a case you should regularly (2-3 times a week) take an intensive therapy. On clean, dry skin foot apply vegetable oil (olive, flaxseed, and almond) abundantly. Thoroughly massage it into the skin and the nail holes. After 20-30 minutes your feet can be rinsed with a mild soap or shower gel and dried properly. Only after that procedure you should apply an energizing foot cream. After such a mask the skin becomes very soft and the cracks are really healed. The excessive dryness and cracks on the feet can probably be treated with vitamins E, F and A. Be sure to follow the necessary diet this time: fatty fish, vegetable oils and nuts will help to restore hydro-lipid balance of the skin and maintain her health.
